We are excited to offer this beautiful Grand Seiko Elegance GMT SBGM221 as a full set with original boxes and paperwork including initial purchase receipts. This piece is supplied in used but mint condition and has been inspected by our team and determined as having never been polished. The watch comes paired on its original Grand Seiko signed leather strap with its signed Grand Seiko deployment buckle.

THE MODEL:

This 2021 Grand Seiko Elegance GMT SBGM221G is part of the dressier Elegance collection, featuring the renowned Japanese cultivated art of Zaratsu polishing all over the case and buckle. The watch boasts refined tapered lugs, measuring 46.8mm in lug-to-lug length and 14mm in thickness, which contribute to its impressive presence on the wrist. Positioned on the right side is a crown bearing the brand's signature. A delicate bezel encompasses a box-shaped sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on the inner side. The cream-coloured dial showcases meticulously crafted baton indexes for hour markings, accompanied by a precisely printed inner 24-hour ring. At the 3 o'clock position, a framed date window adds functionality. The elegant dauphine hands exhibit a Zaratsu polished finish with sharp edges. Additionally, a blue arrow hand indicates the 24-hour position, while the applied "GS" (Grand Seiko) logo resides underneath the 12 o'clock marker. Completing this watch's distinct character is the "Automatic GMT" inscription located at the 6 o'clock position, ideal for frequent traveler's.

On the reverse side, a screw-down exhibition case back secures with six screws, revealing the automatic Grand Seiko 9S66 movement with 35 jewels and a frequency of 28,800 beats per hour. When the crown is pulled out to its first position, the hour hand can be adjusted independently without affecting the minutes or second hand, ensuring accuracy remains uncompromised. The watch is equipped with a Seiko 19mm leather strap featuring a three-fold deployment clasp with a push-button release.

a) No Rolex newer 5 years old or newer we would ever offer for sale that we believe has been polished by machine.

b) No watch, whatever the age, brand or price point, we will ever offer for sale that we believe has been over polished or polished/refinished poorly. Our founder Vinny can't stand this and therefore just wont handle them. Over polished watches lose their premium aesthetic, look awful and are poor as long-term investments.

c)All watches 5 years old or newer will be provided as full set with original boxes and paperwork because there is no reason they should be missing at such age.

d)All watches 5 years old or newer will be provided with FULL FACTORY SIZE issued bracelets with all removed links provided in the set.
