Beat The Waitlist are proud to offer this MINT CONDITION Rolex Yacht Master 40mm with the sought-after deep blue sunburst dial and contrasting red seconds' hand and dial text. This piece is crafted 'Rolesium' (Platinum and Steel in Rolex jargon). The case and bracelet are manufactured using the brands' proprietary 904l steel with the bidirectional bezel in solid Platinum, a metal 30 times more scarce than Gold. Featuring an automatic mechanical movement with 48hr power reserve, an oyster bracelet with satin/brushed outer links and polished centres as well as easy-link 5mm extension on the clasp.

This fantastic full set is supplied with all boxes and paperwork (warrantee card signed, manual and swing tags).

THE MODEL & PROVENANCE

This piece is in MINT CONDITION cosmetically, with no signs of nay polishing through the years and is functioning/time keeping well as expected.

The Yacht-Master is Rolex's youngest, flashiest sport watch, situated along brand icons like the Submariner, the GMT-Master, and the Explorer. First introduced in 1992, the Yacht-Master is easily recognisable for its bezel execution, a graduated 60-minute, bidirectional design with raised numerals in relief.

On the wrist, this Yacht-Master wears more like a dress watch than a traditional sport watch. Measuring 40mm × 11.5mm, the watch sits low and tight on the wrist, with a curvy profile that more closely resembles the classic Rolex Oyster case design rather than the sharper "Super" profile found on most modern Submariners. Of course, as Rolex's expression of a more refined luxury sport watch, the Yacht-Master retains 100 meters of water resistance and a screw-down crown protected by crown guards. Finally, a white date aperture with a "Cyclops" magnifying lens is located at three o'clock. The hands and hour markers are crafted from white gold.
